6 am, checking email I hear the pitter patter of little feet. He appears in the doorway, donning the backpack he got for Kindergarten the day earlier. "Mom, I put in on all by myself!", he says. So proud...
There are days when it is good to stay home and get things done. Like laundry... lots and lots of laundry. But I must say, today I am experiencing a little bit of cabin fever.
Meet Miss Daisy Mae... She's my sweet girl. Very skittish, so there are not too many pictures of her. She is very scared of the camera (among other things), but actually let me get his close today...without running. She's getting brave in her old age.
I am officially in a rut. And getting so behind.... In the winter, I thought, "I can't wait for spring so I can take more pictures outdoors." In spring, I said to myself, "Wow! Really getting sick of baseball pictures, can't wait until summer." Now summer is here, and all we do is swim...are you sick of swimming pictures yet?
At this rate, I shoudl quit calling it a 365, and rename it "The Year and a Half Project". I WILL get to 365 pictures, though. Just bear with me, as I try to break out of my rut.
I have been MIA for the past couple of days because I have been editing some senior pictures that I took (first little photo-shoot ever). Wow! Was so much fun and I wanted to share some of my favorites.
